"MONTE'S GUNS ROAR A DEADLY CHALLENGE TO CHAMPION A DESPERATE CAUSE!"
Half-breed Joe Bearclaws escapes from prison after being falsely accused of murder. Ranger Steve Howard goes after it and catches it in his sights in the Cherokee Strip area. Howard has no authority to act in this area. Then Bearclaws is again accused of murder. Howard now knows that the man is innocent and goes on the hunt for the real culprit.
