Overland Trails plot
"GOLDTOWN GUNFIGHTERS! Battling the outlaw curse that haunted the west's richest gold mines!"
Johnny Murdock is told by the engineer Carter Morgan that his father, whom he has not seen in a while, has been murdered. Morgan, who works at Brandon Enterprises, does not mention that Mark Brandon has now come into possession of his father's rich gold mine. Dusty Hanover, an old friend of Johnny, shows him a poster stating that Brandon is a fugitive criminal. Gold prospector Cramer is the second man to be murdered after being loose about where his gold mine is located. Johnny finds Brandon and confronts him with the poster that says he is a wanted man.
