"OUTLAW STALLION...WILDCAT GAL...CROOKED GUNMEN...JIMMY TAMES 'EM ALL!"
Hired to catch the aggressive horse Midnight, Jimmy Wakely and his partner Cannonball run into trouble with two devoted artists, Monica and Brent. Brent accidentally kills Jimmy's employer, horse breeder Tom Chadwick, blaming the aggressive Midnight. Laura, the daughter of the slain Tom Chadwick, at first also believes that Midnight is guilty. She is eventually convinced otherwise by Jimmy, who goes after the "outlaws" that Brent has joined and led by their young captain Lannigan.
