Nate and the Colonel plot

It is 1865, the Civil War has just ended. Former slave Nate Washington and his childhood friend Colonel Ben Loftin of the Confederacy head west from the south that lies in ruins. On the western plain, they meet a group of Chippewa Indians who will change their lives forever. Along the way, they must confront a group of renegade Union soldiers who still have an open account.
