"SMOKING SIX-GUNS SPELL DOOM!...AS A FIGHTING SHERIFF RIDES HERD ON A FLAMING RANGE FEUD!"
Sheriff Bob Dawson - a rancher at heart, but law-abiding - finds himself caught up in a conflict between ranchers and settlers. The situation worsens when instigator Dunham kills the settler leader and injures the ranchers' heads. He then leaves Dawson in this mess, with both sides losing faith in the sheriff.
