During the gold rush in the Old West, a small Chinese mining camp operates along a river. The Red Jack Gang, led by two criminal brothers, eagerly takes over. Not only do they prey on gold, it is also a nice place to hide from law enforcement. A member of the gang, Lucas, meets a Christian woman who lives nearby. They become friends, despite the woman not knowing that Lucas is a bandit.
