"ONE MAN LAW ENFORCER MOVES INTO THE LAIR OF THE LAWLESS!"
Law enforcement officer and former Texas Ranger Whip Wilson investigates a gang of illegal gamblers who involuntarily bribe rodeo riders at local rodeo competitions. Whip can count on his friend and newspaper publisher Horace Greely Smithers and rodeo rider Jim Bannon in his quest. Whip can use that support as he has to deal with the evil saloon owner Cory Hanson and the gambler Ace Malley, the leaders of the gambling gang.
