In Old Cheyenne plot

Reporter Steve Blane (Roy Rogers) arrives in Cheyenne in search of the notorious criminal Arapaho Brown (George Hayes). When Arapaho saves Steve's life, it turns out that not he but Sam Drummond (George Rosener) is the real criminal. Drummond knows the truth is out now and goes on a hunt for Steve. Surrounded and severely outnumbered, Steve and several others are once again dependent on Arapaho's help.
