Hittin' the Trail plot
"THE HARD FIGHTIN', SMOOTH SINGIN' COWBOY STAR RIDES THE PRAIRIE PLAINS FOR THE BIG WILD HORSE ROUNDUP!..."
Tex Randall is found to have traded his horse with the outlaw "The Tombstone Kid" and is arrested because the sheriff mistakes him for the bandit. Saloon owner Clark clears up the misunderstanding and Tex is released again. Clark has his own reasons for freeing Tex and manages to sell a herd of stolen horses to Tex. Clark's intent is to take the herd back from Tex once Tex manages to get the horses across the border.
