"DEAD MEN'S GOLD IS THE PRIZE!"
Marshal "Cheyenne" Davis and his faithful friend Fuzzy Q. Jones investigate mysterious happenings in the abandoned mining town of Waterhole, Arizona. The ruthless Vance Sharp and his band of outlaws suddenly take an outrageous interest in a gold mine near the city. Sharp threatens Rodney and Diane Trent, the rightful owners of the gold mine. To help the Trents, Cheyenne will have to face Sharp. Sharp, meanwhile, can count on the support of corrupt land distributor Jonas Watson.
