El Extraño Hijo del Sheriff plot

The town's sheriff gives birth to twins with an abnormal physical trait: they have grown together. He decides to chain the two in the attic of his house. Years later, he believes it is time to separate his sons. He asks the doctor in the municipality to do the job. The doctor uses a scalpel for this. As a result, one of the boys dies tragically. The other survives and begins to lead a normal life until he discovers that his brother has died. Now he wants revenge on the doctor and on his father.
