Tresette (Hilton) and his obese companion Paco (Huerta) are looking for a stolen $100,000 loot. They get a colorful company at their feet on their bizarre journey, ranging from the stuttering dandy Tutti Frutti to the socially disturbed Striker brothers. Ultimately, their way leads to a hospital for psychiatric patients, where, in addition to the patients, they also have a lot of work to do with the equally crazy caretakers. To top it off, they also disrupt a secret Klan meeting in the hospital.
