Defying the Law plot

Cowboys Tex Parker and Jake Plummer travel to Rawhide to visit the Bronco Bar. Along the way they meet Captain Bill Taylor of the Border Patrol. He works incognito to solve a series of heists in the area and together they travel on. At the same time, Doris Lane, who her father makes to work in his saloon, and her friend and saloon dancer Edna Francis leave their town to make it in Rawhide. Tex, Jake and Taylor set up camp for the night. Taylor, however, has had enough of both. He borrows a horse and leaves when the duo is asleep.
