Boss of Hangtown Mesa plot
"BULLETS BLAST THE BADLANDS!...as a two-gun terror blazes the Western trail of the Telegraph!"
Judge Ezra Binns, corrupt lawyer Clint Raynier and saloon owner Flash Hollister control the town of Hangtown Mesa. The completion of the work by the Rocky Mountain Telegraph Company will mean they lose their grip on the city's population. The trio summons the law-wanted Utah Kid to thwart the Telegraph Company. Along the way, the Utah Kid meets engineer Steve Collins, who is on his way to the telegraph company's camp. The Utah Kid forces Steve to give up his clothes. When Steve arrives in Hangtown Mesa, he is mistaken for the Utah Kid and imprisoned.
