Jack Harmon and his gang and a gang of Mexicans are both after the same treasure hidden on Wilson's ranch. Acey learns of their treasure hunt and wants to enlist Ken Crawford's help, but Acey is shocked to discover that Ken is in jail for a murder he didn't commit.
