"EDDIE SMASHES THE BAD MEN OF THE BAD LANDS!"
Rancher John Hadley finds a rich vein of gold in an abandoned gold mine on his property. John doesn't tell his daughter Janet and his son Larry about his find. Evil saloon owner Dan Kirby and his henchman Al Quillan catch John one day at the abandoned gold mine and kill him. Janet and Larry can't find their father and they have to borrow money from landowner Harvey Allen. But Larry is soon robbed of his money by Kirby and his henchmen. Fortunately for Larry, Eddie Dean and his longtime comrade 'Soapy' Jones witness the robbery and pursue the perpetrators, killing one of them. Eddie agrees to become a foreman on the Hadley Ranch until Larry and Janet's problems are solved. In a conflict between Allen and Kirby, Allen is killed and Eddie is blamed.
