On the run from the arm of the law, Billy, Fuzzy and Jeff travel to a newly formed town. Fuzzy is immediately appointed marshal. But the town is controlled by Hardy and his gang and not one of Fuzzy's predecessors has long enjoyed the marshal appointment.
