Battling with Buffalo Bill plot
When gold is discovered in a small town, local gambler Jim Rodney decides to get hold of all claims, either killing the townspeople or intimidating them by announcing the arrival of violent Native Americans. To provoke an attack by Native Americans, Rodney has his henchmen Joe Tampas and Lem Tampas kill a squaw and steal the Native American horses. When the city comes under attack from the enraged Indians, William "Buffalo Bill" Cody and his cavalry arrive just in time to chase the Indians away. However, Rodney is not discouraged by this and his next option is to be elected as sheriff and he expects to blackmail Dave Archer, who has been nominated by Buffalo Bill.
