Along the Rio Grande plot

Jeff, Smokey and Whopper try to help their boss Pop Edwards, as a result the three are arrested on suspicion of robbery and Pop Edwards is murdered. The three know that Doc Randall is the mastermind behind it all. Randall orders his men to free one of his henchmen from prison and during the action Jeff, Smokey and Whopper also manage to escape and flee with the other escaped convict across the border. There, the three join Randall's gang with the goal of luring Randall across the border so that he can be arrested.
