"SHE WAS THE SWEETHEART OF EVERY G.I.!"
During World War II, B-29 pilot Eddie Clark meets attractive blonde and singer Louise Anderson in a New York nightclub. Rex falls in love with her, but the next day he has to go on a military mission to the Pacific. Rex has a picture of Loiuse painted on his B-29 bomber, called 'The Bamboo Blonde'. Rex and his crew become famous when they sink a Japanese warship and shoot down several Japanese aircraft. When Rex can return to New York, he plans to leave his betrothed and marry Louise.
