A city bus explodes in the heart of Berlin, on the doorstep of the Konzerthaus. Righteous judge and single mother Elke immediately finds it unconstitutional for the choice of shadowy officials, because daughter Marie plus boyfriend Khalid are suspected of the deadly attack.
