Six months ago, Sarah found her ideal man in Kevin, a doctor. Meanwhile, the two got married and moved to a small town. At first glance, the two seem like the perfect couple, but Kevin starts to control Sarah more and more. Meanwhile, Kevin's sister Jolene is rebuilding a patio in their backyard. When one of her two co-workers dies at the hospital where Kevin works, Sarah begins to wonder.
