"She Was an Instrument of Pain & Pleasure - She Even Took on the CIA!"
An American conscientious objector and aspiring writer named Nero Finnigan becomes involved with the notorious criminal Mr. Go. They conspire to extract secrets from a weapons specialist so that Mr. Go's criminal organization can sell that coveted scientific knowledge to the highest bidder. Then 'The Dolphin' appears, an American CIA agent and James Joyce expert, hired to track down the weapons specialist and his valuable knowledge.
