The Voices from Beyond plot

"Can You Hear The Voices?"

Tony O'Hara is a Chicago police officer and the grandson of retired police chief Johnny O'Hara. Tony is investigating police brutality for Internal Affairs. When he says he sees ghosts, his boss tells him to talk to the company psychologist. In addition, a Task Force is formed to track down someone who is murdering criminals with a long-term criminal record. Agent Max Farley thinks O'Hara is behind it and does everything he can to get him out of the police force.
