"Your lease is about to expire."

Jessica Michaels runs a guest house and rents out one of her rooms to the quiet and tidy David Summer. Although Jessica is very pleased with her newest guest, daughter Laura has her reservations. Laura seems to be right when she learns that her mother was involved in the murder of David's father in the distant past. His stay at the house appears to be part of a well-planned act of revenge.
