"4 Girls. 2 Canoes. 1 Body."

A group of four young women goes camping and canoeing with a slightly older man into the Canadian wilderness. His younger sister Steph - who is terrified of water - is one of the women. Tensions run high on the way to the wilderness and an accident occurs. These events cause the women to embark on a horrifying journey back to civilization.
