Siu Sum Ngan plot

Leung is a compulsive voyeur. One day he follows Amy and ends up in a small hotel. He soon goes exploring and hides some cameras with which he follows the hotel guests. He broadcasts his recordings on the internet, but runs into trouble when one of his cameras registers a crime.
