Red Ink plot

A respected female doctor has been shot by police for allegedly pointing a gun at them, but for several people this is not the truth. A reporter discovers a connection to a previous murder of several black children in the same area. This man puts his life in danger as he tries to uncover the truth. He stumbles upon a medical experiment designed to exterminate young black children.
