Qualcuno in Ascolto plot

Peter spends the winter in the highest satellite station in Europe. Its job is to control the frequencies that the satellites transmit. The only distraction he has is a transmitting device that allows him to reach the entire world. One person he has a lot of contact with is Denny, a boy in America. During a heavy storm there is a disturbance in the frequencies and suddenly he gets an image on his screen of a room somewhere in the world where a murder is being committed at that very moment. But where is this room and who was killed? Peter and Denny are faced with an almost impossible task to find out and that they themselves would be in danger because of this they had not thought at all.
