Project X plot
"When the Air Force assigned Jimmy Garrett to a top secret project, he didn't know what he was in for. Neither did they."
The contrarian pilot Jimmy Garrett is assigned to Project X, a top-secret military project in which chimpanzees are exposed to (deadly) radioactive radiation. Chimpanzee Mingus realizes what is going on even earlier than his 'owner'. With frightened sounds, the beast makes it clear that things are not going well in the experiment room.
