When police officer Kellen O'Reilly is involved in a robbery at a store while on the job, he immediately senses that something isn't right. There are too many men armed far too heavily for a simple robbery. He suspects it's a cover for something bigger. When he dives into this case, he is soon pulled from it by his superiors. But O'Reilly persists, despite being told to interfere. Through his investigation, he uncovers a case involving dangerous experiments involving total control over other people's brains. Only then does he realize that the psychiatrists who are conducting the experiment have also treated him.
