Lullaby plot

An American mother receives word that her drug-addicted son has been kidnapped and held for ransom by a drug lord operating out of South Africa. She travels to South Africa to pay the ransom, but faces violent and dangerous obstacles when she sees the kidnappers on the main streets of Johannesburg. Her only chance of getting her son back alive is to team up with her son's pregnant girlfriend, who is also battling the drug lord.
