Latin Quarter plot

Sculptor Charles Garrie moves into a studio that was once rented out to a colleague of his, named Minetti. However, this man has gone mad and died. When Charles begins to inhabit the studio, strange things take place. It seems that evil lurks there. It doesn't take long before Charles starts to change his behavior.
