Killing Castro plot
In the year 1960, the Hotel Theresa in Harlem becomes the scene of political intrigue and surveillance when activist Malcolm X invites Fidel Castro to stay there, amidst the people, prior to his crucial speech at the UN. With clashing government factions, driven assassins, and even the Mafia, the film seizes every opportunity to eliminate this man and undermine his growing movement. A young translator also becomes entangled in the ever-tightening web of power and proximity. As the tension mounts, it becomes clearer that one person can make a difference in history.
