"When the clock strikes twelve, evil rules the city."

Commissioner Alex Glass is tasked with solving a series of murders in the Berlin underworld, a hotbed of prostitution and drug trafficking. When a young prostitute asks him for help to get out of the environment, Alex becomes increasingly entangled in a web of drugs, sex and extortion.
