Inferno plot

Mathilde Cordier is a young detective with a troubled past. After being suspended for an intervention that got out of hand, she decides to investigate the disappearance of a young girl on her own. Her search leads to François Renard, a man with a violent past who claims to have left that life behind him. As Mathilde descends deeper into a spiral of violence, abuse, and darkness, she is confronted with the most monstrous aspects of humanity.
