In Fremden Händen plot

When the attractive Karola appears in the life of the wealthy Wolfgang, his two daughters, Verena and Jana, are happy to have someone to care for their father—until Wolfgang is injured and becomes dependent on him. While Karola moves in with him and seemingly selflessly turns his life upside down, she shields the sick man from his family and takes charge of his medical care herself.
