"Sometimes therapy doesn't work for everyone"

Max Emerson, a successful music director, wakes up in his mansion but can't remember anything from the day before. He gets a call from an insane stranger who claims Max has committed murder. This sadistic madman sends him on a quest to find out what happened in forty-eight hours. Max seeks help from his therapist Ramona and his bodyguard Vince, but nothing is as it seems.
