Full Disclosure plot

John McWhirter (Ward) is a heavy drinking reporter who sees his glittering career slip through his fingers. But he has just been given the story of his life. Years ago, as a member of a radical student group, he betrayed his friends who were involved in a botched bombing of a military center. His friends ended up in jail as a result. They now want him to protect a beautiful fugitive (Ticotin) to pay his debt. She poses as a Peruvian rebel, but is actually a Palestinian commando associated with the murder of a pro-Israel media mogul. A tireless FBI agent (Plummer) and an unfathomable killer try to convince McWhirter. Will he risk getting arrested or killed to protect the woman he begins to fall in love with? Will she follow her orders and kill him because he knows too much?
