Johnny Rochetti is thrilled to get a license to operate a casino in Las Vegas. When he shoots a noise-kicking guy out of a storm, the man turns out to be a Colombian drug trafficker. The victim's brother vows revenge and terrorizes Johnny's family, whereupon Johnny enlists the help of his mafic childhood friend in New York.
