Follow the Crows plot

"When you have nothing, something is everything."

Long after the end of the world, people roam the fields and forests that were once Britain's cities in search of food, warmth and anything that could help them survive. One of these survivors is "The Man". Haunted by the terrible deeds he did in his youth, he hides from others and lives in isolation. When he bumps into a woman who needs his help, he starts a relationship with her that teaches him what it's like to be a full-fledged human being again. Meanwhile, a deranged killer is on the run, taking his victims one by one.
