"You're dying to watch."

An innocent man is tied to a chair with a gun pointed to his head. A video camera records the images. A clock is ticking? 3.2.1? BAM! A brutal murder and it can all be seen on the internet. One by one, horrific executions are carried out by a serial killer and can be followed live on the internet. The population is shocked, but at the same time fascinated by the murders. The massacres are watched by millions of people. NYPD officer Charlie Daines is tasked with tracking down and killing the dangerous madman.
