"A tough cop and a street girl united for bad and worse..."
The 'Bulle' is a tough cop. He helps a girl who is getting beat up and she steals his car and weapon. He wants his things back and follows her to the border with the Netherlands. There the girl is arrested by Dutch agents. The 'Bulle' knocks down the officers and flees with the girl who threatens to testify.
