Der Briefbomber plot

The Vienna police have been searching in vain for a psychopath for four years. He terrorizes the country with ingenious letter bombs. Under political pressure, the search is mainly carried out in extreme right-wing circles. When police psychologist Frank Meyer manages to enter into a kind of dialogue with the perpetrator, the attacks come to an end.
