Cut Up plot

"Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand nightmares..."

Police photographer Carl Roman (Hollins) accidentally shot and killed an 11-year-old girl while he was still a detective while investigating a serial killer. As he tries to work through his trauma, a serial killer resurfaces with the same characteristics as the one Carl was on the trail. His friend and former partner asks Carl to assist him in the investigation. As Carl gets closer and closer to the killer, the trauma of four years earlier resurfaces and Carl must overcome his worst nightmare in order not to become the next victim.
