Ciudades de Refugio plot

A murder takes place in the last stronghold known as the City of Refuge. This is a place where involuntary murderers are given a second chance, but at the same time, they are not allowed to leave the city limits, leaving them vulnerable to the avenger's pursuit. Young police officer Domig will try to prevent another crime from being committed in the city, while discovering unimaginable truths about the case that haunts her and about herself.
