Brand - Eine Totengeschichte plot

The writer Brand tries to overcome his writer's block by keeping a photo diary about his terminally ill, cancer-stricken wife. In fact, the notorious liar has long since gone bankrupt and has been cheating on Martha for a long time, now even with the beautiful nurse Angela, who is of Turkish descent. Her jealous husband, the policeman Celik, tracks them down and plans an honor killing. A psychological duel unfolds between Celik and Brand, which sends the writer into a downward spiral.
