Bad Blood plot

Renowned cardiac surgeon Joe Harker and his wife Nina are desperate. They want a child but Joe is barren. Joe is categorically against his wife becoming pregnant from a sperm donor. When the couple discovers that they will have to wait endlessly to adopt an English child, they decide to make their wish come true by adopting a child from abroad.
