April One plot

Disguised as a priest, ex-con Davis Maltby enters the Bahamas embassy and takes the deputy ambassador hostage. Police Chief Don McCowan wants to negotiate with Maltby, but the captain of the SWAT team refuses to do so and tries to break into the embassy to quickly end the conflict.
