A Daughter's Ordeal plot
Hope has always had a strong bond with her daughter Lacy. However, since Hope divorced, Lacy has behaved differently. Fearing that Lacy will become estranged from her, Hope is happy to make a new friend named Cassie. In no time, Lacy and Cassie are best friends and as a result, Lacy pays less attention to her other friend Harper. Harper learns that Cassie isn't being honest about her past and warns Hope.
